Dr. Tim Figley is an organizational strategist, sports broadcaster, researcher, author, and keynote speaker. He facilitates strategic plans, family business transitions, and team retreats for hundreds of industry-leading nonprofits, and family-owned and for-profit businesses.
A researcher who received his MBA and Doctorate in Transformational Leadership from Bakke Graduate University, Tim is also a consultant enabling team development for the human resource team at the world`s largest pallet supply company.
As an author, he helps craft the mix of business, leadership, and athletics into a practical, applicable business framework within the Industrial Athlete Program.
