Mark Lamoncha: Entrepreneur, Inventor, Author, and Community Leader
Mark Lamoncha is an award-winning entrepreneur, inventor, author, and community leader. For more than four decades, he has been the president, CEO (Christ Empowered Owner), and head coach of the Humtown Products team.
He was featured in CNBC and continues to be visited by institutions such as MIT and the Fraunhofer Institute for his innovative, cutting-edge solutions. He and his company Humtown Products, have become a national additive manufacturing pioneer by providing 3D sand printing while creating disruptive innovation in the foundry industry. This has created partnerships with organizations such as SBDC, Youngstown Business Incubator, America Makes, and Youngstown State University.
Mr. Lamoncha invented the Visual Earnings System (VES) that helped his company win the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) 2020 Manufacturer of the Year in four top categories alongside IBM, General Motors, and Peterbilt. He also has numerous patents that contribute to unleashing human potential.
Mr. Lamoncha is the author of the Industrial Athlete Operating System, which provides a blueprint for organizations to transform their workplace into a performance place.
He is a community leader focusing on education and charitable giving.
He was appointed as a member of the Ohio Department of Education State School Board during the term of Governor Mike DeWine and the Ohio Commodores. With a passion for career coaching, he spearheads integrating public education with business manufacturing. He also serves on various boards and committees throughout the state of Ohio.
Born and raised in Columbiana, Ohio, Mr. Lamoncha and his wife, Sheri, have 3 sons (Brandon, Brenten, and Bronson) and are members of Greenford Christian Church. He is a graduate of Life as Servant Leader and ministers to the people he is blessed to serve at his company daily.
Mark is responsible for the overall administration of the Humtown corporation. Humtown contributes to the manufacture of parts and equipment used in a diverse array of industries, including agriculture, construction, manufacturing, mining, national defense, public utilities, and transportation.

Dr. Tim Figley is an organizational strategist, sports broadcaster, researcher, author, and keynote speaker. He has facilitated strategic plans, family business transitions, and team retreats for hundreds of industry-leading nonprofits, family-owned, and for-profit businesses.
People have enjoyed his compassion, humor, and transformational insight for over a decade in his business and personal development presentations.
As a consultant, he has facilitated team development for the Human Resource team at the world’s largest pallet supply company and a culture-shaping initiative for the #1 community bank in Ohio.
As an author, he has helped carefully craft the mix of business, leadership, and athletics into a practical, applicable business framework within the Industrial Athlete Program.
Dr. Figley is a researcher who received his MBA and Doctorate in Transformational Leadership from Bakke Graduate University. In addition, he has numerous certifications and accreditations in coaching and training by reputable worldwide organizations such as Marshall Goldsmith and Patrick Lencioni in Strategic Planning Facilitation, Mediation, Team Development, and Executive Coaching.
He has participated in charitable work for global missions in Africa, and he enjoys bike riding, whitewater rafting, cooking, and traveling with his 2 children, Zion and Miriam. His interest in sports has taken him to Super Bowls, The Masters, World Series, and All-Star Games with family and friends.
